This policy explains how Murphy's Memories ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit murphysphotobooth.com or use our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and event or project details when you use our booking or contact forms, call, text or email us.
- Event photos. Photos, GIFs and videos taken in our booths. At events, guests may enter an email address or phone number to receive their photos, and some events also use face recognition so each guest can find just their own photos. We use this information only to deliver those photos.
- Website usage. With your consent, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer questions, provide and deliver our services, send quotes and invoices, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as TalleFlow (booking and client management), Booth.Events (photo booth software and online galleries), Google (website analytics, only with your consent), our web host and our email provider. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:
- Necessary cookies keep the site working and secure and remember your cookie choice (for example,
cookieadmin_consent). These are always on. - Analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_*, set by Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the site. They are set only if you choose Accept All or turn analytics on under Customize.
